The first step towards Personal growth.

Where do you want to see yourself in 10 years? This question sounds crazy but it is one of the most important question to ask our self. We don’t often engage with this question for various reason. Too far away from the present, abstract, what if it don’t come true and so on.

Imagine yourself as a captain of a ship. You have started your journey but without a destination. Where do you think you’ll reach? Are you ready for the basic challenges that sea might throw at your way, for example water and food. But eventually you will stumble upon a place. But is it THE PLACE that you wanted to reach?

Now imagine yourself as a captain of a ship. You know exactly where you headed, how many day, where to stop, how much food and water to carry. You are well prepared. You have everything you want.

Of course things might not always go according to your plan and something unexpected happen such as storm, but you can recover from that hit. And keep moving forward. Because you know your destination. If it is too far then you can go back and take whatever things you need and move forward.

This is how the life works. There are thousands of roads to choose from and If you know where you headed then you can see the best road to your destination and direction. You can adjust the course and keep moving forward.

Creating a space to think about the future is important. Having a still time to think about What are the top 300 dreams? Where do to live? How to live? And so on. Seeing things clearly make it easy to steer the ship.

Remember this, we all start from the zero. Upgrade self, be better prepared, work smart. But first step is to know where to go or have an ultimate dream. Simple tip is to write 300 dreams that you want to materialize. This will make you more focused on your dream.

This goes on my memory slate for being first step towards to my personal growth.

Stand still. See where you want to go and you’ll see the road a head.
